Shipping


Some of the items we carry online are directly shipped from the designer, manufacture warehouse, handmade to order or personalized.
Please notice the approximate delivery time on each item. We make every effort to ship items within 5-7 business days AFTER your order is placed. Normally items are ship within 3-14 business days due to stock status. Some items are custom and handmade to order and require additional time. If we discover that an item is not available, we will contact you as soon as possible. Please make sure your contact information is correct. You may receive your order in multiple shipments from multiple retail locations or warehouses. The couriers we use are all insured and traceable. During the holiday season, our processing time can take up to 10-15 days.

We try to ship orders in full, as in one shipment for your shopping convenience. However, depending on the items ordered, sometime multiple shipments may be required to fulfill your order. Shipping orders can be delayed sometime with waiting for the full order to be filled and shipped to the customer as in one huge delivery.

If you are needing an expedited shipment it's best to place your order by trying call us to inform us of your needs.

Dog Gone Licious Boutique & Treats will normally uses USPS, Fedex, UPS and other shipping methods.

When your order is shipped partially or in full you will receive an email that it has been shipped from its designation to you.
For security reason we will no longer email out tracking numbers, but you are welcome to log into your account and view all tracking of your packages thru our website, unless some packages do not have a tracking or is not available until after the package has been delivered.

Dog Gone Licious Boutique & Treats is not responsible for incorrect addresses given, refused shipments or unclaimed shipments. We have NO control over mail delivery once it leaves our boutique so please check with the carrier if we show it shipped and you have not received it.

With the rise of package theft during the holidays, we strongly advise you choose your shipping address carefully. If you are concerned about package theft, please understand all of your shipping options to help minimize theft. Here are some tips we have found to be helpful:
1. Ship to your work address
2. Ship to a neighbor’s address that you trust and will be home at the time of delivery.
3. Ask us to request your shipment be signed for someone at your address.

In order to simplify our shipping costs, we have implemented a flat rate shipping cost of $7.95* for most orders. Please refer to the following shipping table to determine the cost to ship your item. Please note that heavier items (ie: carriers, blankets, beds, furniture, bowls/feeders, etc.) may incur an additional cost and are not included in the free shipping rate. The rate will be shown at check out or on the item detail page. *Shipping costs are calculated AFTER all discounts have been applied to your cart at check out.
Also, if you are an International customer, please be aware that additional shipping costs will apply. Shipping cost will be shown at check out BEFORE you pay so you will know exactly what they are. If the item is large or oversized we will notify you if additional shipping costs will be incurred, but this is not normally the case. You can also email us for a shipping quote. All international orders will be shipped with insurance and tracking. Customer is responsible for any taxes or duty charges. International orders may require additional processing time because of shipping all in one package verses from multiple warehouses.
*Free shipping is not available to international customers AND some items do not qualify due to size and weight, such as carriers, beds and furniture etc. If you have any questions regarding shipping costs please email us.

In Store Pick-up
Customers who choose to pick their order up from our local store can choose that option at check out. When your order is ready for pickup you will be notified. However, orders must be picked up within 72 business hours or they will be shipped and shipping charges will be applied. Please review our store hours for pick up. Thank you for your understanding.

*Larger items, such as carriers, beds, blankets, cuddle cups, etc. do not qualify.
Most bowls and or treats/cakes do not qualify due to special packaging to ensure a safe shipment.
